Scriptures? What Scriptures? The "New Testament" didn't exist yet...
They used TORAH!!!
Torah is God-breathed and very RELEVANT? It is not
just for cute children's stories... As Timothy says, it is "useful
for teaching, rebuking, correcting and training in righteousness..."

1. the handing down of statements, beliefs, legends, customs, information, etc., from generation to generation, esp. by word of mouth or by practice(Jer 16:19 KJV) O LORD, my strength, and my fortress, and my refuge in the day of affliction, the Gentiles shall come unto thee from the ends of the earth, and shall say, Surely our fathers have inherited lies, vanity, and things wherein there is no profit.
A LIE believed to be TRUTH is still a LIE no matter how sincere or
innocent.
For example, the animals in Noah's Ark were how many of each species?
Two, right? Male and female?
If you said two, you are not alone in your error as almost every child has been taught this same number. So how many of each species did enter Noah's Ark?(Gen 7:1-3 NIV) The LORD then said to Noah, "Go into the ark, you and your whole family, because I have found you righteous in this generation. {2} Take with you SEVEN of every kind of clean animal, a male and its mate, and TWO of every kind of unclean animal, a male and its mate, {3} and also SEVEN of every kind of bird, male and female, to keep their various kinds alive throughout the earth.It is such a simple story, why is the Christian church still teaching our children TWO of every kind of animal? Again, TRADITIONS! A LIE believed to be TRUTH is still a LIE no matter how sincere or innocent.

What is your childhood memory of Daniel?
- a child in the lion’s den?
- An old man around 80 years old in the lion’s den?
Most of us would picture in our minds a young Daniel being thrown
into the lion's den by an evil King. In reality, Daniel was an old man
who had served and reigned with many previous Kings of Babylon. Why were
we taught a "young" Daniel? TRADITION!
(Dan 6:16 KJV) Then the king commanded, and they brought Daniel,
and cast him into the den of lions. Now the king spake and
said unto Daniel, Thy God whom thou servest continually, he will deliver
thee.

(Dan 1:7 KJV) Unto whom the prince of the eunuchs gave names: for
he gave unto Daniel the name of Belteshazzar; and to Hananiah, of
Shadrach; and to Mishael, of Meshach; and to Azariah, of Abednego.
- Daniel, a young Jewish man, was made a eunuch (castration)
- Given a Babylonian name of Belteshazzar
- Served under Nebuchadnezzar, Belshazzar, Darius, and Cyrus
- Given charge over the Chaldeans (Semitic wise men/astronomers) of whom many where Jews
- Visited by the Angel of YHWH, Gabriel, and given many revelations concerning future events and of the coming of the Messiah
(Dan 5:29-30 KJV) Then commanded Belshazzar, and they clothed
Daniel with scarlet, and put a chain of gold about his neck, and
made a proclamation concerning him, that he should be the third
ruler in the kingdom. {30} In that night was Belshazzar
the king of the Chaldeans slain.
(Dan 6:3 KJV) Then this Daniel was preferred above the presidents
and princes, because an excellent spirit was in him; and the king
thought to set him over the whole realm.
Daniel was a very
wealthy servant by the time of his death. Since Daniel was a eunuch
and had no son to pass on and give an inheritance to, and knowing his
Messiah would one day be born in Bethlehem, gave instructions to his
Jewish Chaldean astronomers to secure and save his inheritance until the sign of
the “Coming of the King” in the heavens was revealed. The executors of
Daniel’s will, 500 hundred years later, saw this “sign in the heavens”
and began to prepare to deliver Daniel’s treasure to the child born
“King of the Jews” in Israel.
500 hundred years
after the death of Daniel, Daniel’s treasure finally reappears in
Scripture with the Chaldean “wise men” at Yosef (Joseph) and Miryam’s
(Mary's) home in
Nazareth.
- TRADITION ERROR: There are an undesignated number of Magi (wise men) mentioned in Scripture. It was assumed THREE since there were THREE treasures mentioned. You know what happens when you "assume!" Three men carrying exquisite treasures through the dangerous roads of the deserts between Babylonia and Judea would be FOOLISH! Think about it... Traditions...
(Mat 2:11 KJV) And when they were come into the house, they saw
the young child with Mary his mother, and fell down, and
worshipped him: and when they had opened their treasures, they presented
unto him gifts; gold, and frankincense, and myrrh.
- TRADITION ERROR: Our Christian "Nativity" sets have the "Wise Men" standing around "baby Jesus." A cute, emotional scene, but TRUE? Once again, we have INHERITED LIES (traditions) from our ancestors! Jesus was around TWO (2) YEARS OLD when the "Wise Men" showed up at Yosef's home in NAZARETH, not Bethlehem...
Signs in the Heavens
(Gen 1:14 KJV) And God said, Let there be lights in the firmament
of the heaven to divide the day from the night; and let them be
for signs, and for seasons, and for days, and years:
… for signs
God set the stars,
planets and constellations in their place to reveal His plans
and glory, not to tell us anything about our personal guidance
(astrology)!
The specific
astronomical event Daniel and his Jewish Chaldean Magi were looking for,
the "signs in the heavens" proclaiming the coming of the Messiah,
occurred Tishri 1, 3998 in the western sky over Israel...
What was this
astronomical event? The Gospel of Revelation tells us…
(Rev 12:1 KJV) And there appeared a great wonder in heaven; a woman [Bethulah / Virgo] clothed with the sun, and the moon under her feet, and upon her head a crown of twelve stars [Constellation Ari’el]…

The Stars of Revelation 12:1 occurred on Yom Teruah / Day
of Trumpets, Tishri 1, 3998, announcing the birth of the
“King.”

This one time event announced the birth of the “King,” the
Messiah! This is the “sign in the heavens” mistakenly called
the “Star of Bethlehem.”

When the Jewish
Chaldean executors of Daniel’s will, over 500 years after his death, saw
this alignment in the stars, they traveled to Jerusalem announcing, “We
have come to worship the King of the Jews…”
(Mat 2:1-2 KJV) Now when Jesus was born in Bethlehem of Judaea in
the days of Herod the king, behold, there came wise men from the east
(Babylon) to Jerusalem, {2} Saying, Where is he that is born King
of the Jews? for we have seen his star in the east, and are come
to worship him.
(Micah 5:2 KJV) But thou, Bethlehem Ephratah, though thou
be little among the thousands of Judah, yet out of thee shall he
come forth unto me that is to be ruler in Israel; whose goings
forth have been from of old, from everlasting.
The Roman-appointed ruler over Judea, King Herod
the Great, wicked and jealous, feared this news of the Messiah who would
become King yet plotted deceit to find this Messiah and kill him. He set
the Magi on their way but requested he be notified when they found the
Messiah so he too could worship him. After arriving in Bethlehem and
learning that a male child fulfilling many of the other messianic
prophesies was indeed born as the “signs in the heavens”
announced, they traveled to Nazareth to find him. When Yahushua was
almost two years old these “wise men,” the Magi, found the
Messiah Yahushua in Nazareth and worshipped him and gave Yosef and
Miryam all of Daniel’s wealth he set aside for his Messiah as a gift.
Their mission, as they had promised Daniel over five centuries ago, was
now complete.
As the Magi were traveling back to Jerusalem to
inform Herod of their success in finding the Messiah, an Angel of YHWH
appeared in a dream and warned them to not go to Jerusalem and to return
to Babylon by another route as King Herod wanted to kill Yahushua. They
did obey the Angel and secretly returned home. When Herod found out the
Magi had not fallen for his trap he was enraged with anger. Since his
Temple wise men had a general age of this child, He ordered his soldiers
to Bethlehem to kill all male children two years or younger. Like Moshe
(Moses), God had another plan for Yahushua, and death by the sword
wasn't it!
Before Herod knew his plan had been foiled, an
Angel of YHWH appeared in a dream to Yosef telling him to take Daniel’s
riches the Magi had brought and flee to Egypt as King Herod wanted to
kill Yahushua. Quickly that night, under the cloak of darkness, Yosef and his family
quietly fled Nazareth and dwelt in Egypt until King Herod’s death, then
returning to Nazareth for the rest of Yahushua’s childhood and early
manhood. Had it not been for Daniel’s wisdom in Torah prophecy and his
gift of wealth to this future Messiah, Yosef would have been too poor to
flee Nazareth and travel to Egypt. In all this, Scripture was fulfilled:
God was made flesh and dwelt among us as our salvation. Rejoice!
How do we know Yosef and Miryam were poor before the Magi arrived?
(Luke 2:22-24 KJV) And when the days of her purification according
to the law of Moses were accomplished, they brought him to Jerusalem, to
present him to the Lord; {23} (As it is written in the
law
of the Lord (Torah), Every male that openeth the womb shall be called holy to
the Lord;) {24} And to offer a sacrifice according to that which
is said in the law of the Lord, A pair of turtledoves, or two young
pigeons.
Since most of us
Gentiles are unlearned in Torah we don’t readily see the answer to this
question. The answer lies in understanding the “law of the
Lord,” more accurately defined as the “instructions of YHWH,” called “TORAH.”
(Lev 12:6-8 KJV) And when the days of her purifying are fulfilled,
for a son, or for a daughter, she shall bring a lamb of the first
year for a burnt offering, and a young pigeon, or a turtledove, for a
sin offering, unto the door of the tabernacle of the
congregation, unto the priest: {7} Who shall offer it before the
LORD, and make an atonement for her; and she shall be cleansed from the
issue of her blood. This is the law for her that hath born a male
or a female. {8} And if she be not able to bring a lamb,
then she shall bring two turtles, or two young pigeons; the one
for the burnt offering, and the other for a sin offering: and the priest
shall make an atonement for her, and she shall be clean.
Since Luke tells us
Miryam brought, ” …A pair of turtledoves, or two young pigeons,” a
poor woman’s offering, we know that Daniel’s Magi and those riches
had not arrived at
least before the 40th day of Yahushua’s life. If they had she
could have easily afforded the lamb and pigeon.
Like Moshe (Moses), a
violent death is seeking out Yahushua as Herod’s soldiers ready
themselves to slaughter all the male children less than 2 years of age.
But the will of YHWH is always dramatic! When all hope is lost and
destruction is at the door, God’s deliverance and sustenance always
comes through!
Sun Worship
(Ezek 8:14-16 KJV) Then he brought me to the door of the gate of
the LORD'S house which was toward the north; and, behold,
there sat women weeping for Tammuz. {15} Then said he
unto me, Hast thou seen this, O son of man? turn thee yet again,
and thou shalt see greater abominations than these. {16}
And he brought me into the inner court of the LORD'S house, and, behold,
at the door of the temple of the LORD, between the porch and the altar,
were about five and twenty men, with their backs toward the
temple of the LORD, and their faces toward the east; and they
worshipped the sun toward the east.
Sun worship began in
Babylon under Nimrod.
(Ezek 8:5 NIV) Then he said to me, "Son of man, look toward the
north." So I looked, and in the entrance north of the gate of the altar
I saw this idol of jealousy.
What is this “idol of
jealousy?” It is an OBELISK! It symbolizes the PENIS of Nimrod!

Indeed the vestiges of pagan Sun god worship encompass the
globe as YHWH’s judgment on the Tower of Babel scattered the
pagans and confounded their languages.

Who is Nimrod?
(Gen 10:8-12 NIV) Cush was the father of Nimrod, who grew to be
a mighty warrior on the earth. {9} He was a mighty hunter
before the LORD; that is why it is said, "Like Nimrod, a mighty hunter
before the LORD." {10} The first centers of his kingdom were
Babylon, Erech, Akkad and Calneh, in Shinar. {11} From that land
he went to Assyria, where he built Nineveh, Rehoboth Ir, Calah {12}
and Resen, which is between Nineveh and Calah; that is the great
city.
Nimrod was slain by
Shem, Noah’s son, because of his great wickedness and desire to make
himself a god. His wife Beltis, also known as Semiramis, eager to claim
Nimrod’s kingdom proclaimed that Nimrod had ascended to heaven and is
now the sun god. Nimrod, now the Babylonian sun god, then impregnated her with the rays
of the sun and she gave an "immaculate" birth to Tammuz.
Tammuz, the reborn sun god…
Tammuz, the son of
Semiramis and Nimrod, the sun god, was born on the Winter Solstice,
which on the ancient pagan calendar is December 25th. This
day was celebrated as the day Nimrod was reborn as Tammuz. It is also a
date common among pagan religions.

- Zeus, the Greek sun god

In 168 B.C.E., on December 25th, Zeus' birthday, Antiochus
Epiphanes IV set up in the Jerusalem Temple a statue of Zeus, the Greek
sun god, upon the altar, defiling it.

Romans hung Jewish patriots (zealots) on a
Mithras cross after the
Jews rose up against Rome in 70 A.D.

Tammuz, the reborn sun
god Nimrod, when he was 40 years old, was gored to death by a wild boar
during a hunting accident. In honor of the slain Tammuz, 40 days of
weeping were given each year, a day for each year of his life.
This ritual is now called,
“LENT”.
Easter / Semiramis / Ishtar
The goddess of Fertility and Sexual Desire
According
to pagan sun god religions, Semiramis, the wife of Nimrod, the sun god,
and mother of Tammuz, the reborn sun god, upon her death was sent back
by the sun god Nimrod as the large-breasted fertility goddess
Easter. She was sent back
the first SUNday after the Vernal Equinox (Easter
Sunday) in a large egg that landed in the Euphrates River. The
egg then opened and to show her divinity she changed a bird into an
egg-laying rabbit (Easter bunny).
Easter’s priests, in
honor of her fertility, would impregnate young virgins upon her altar
and then sacrifice these three-month-old infants upon the same altar the
following year as the sun rises on SUNday morning (Easter
Sunrise Service). They would then take eggs (fertility) and dip
them in the red blood of these sacrificed infants (Easter
eggs). These pagans would then roast the boar that killed Tammuz
and eat Ham on Easter Sunday.
The Dictionary of Mythology, Folklore, and
Symbols, Part 1, page 487 tells us more about this Spring Festival
(often called Easter).
‘‘It incorporates some of
the ancient Spring Equinox ceremonies of sun worship
in which there were phallic rites and spring fires, and in which
the deity or offering to the deity was eaten...The festival is
symbolized by an ascension Lily...a chick breaking its shell, the colors
white and green, the egg, spring flowers, and the Rabbit.
The name is related to
Astarte, Ashtoreth, Eostre and Ishtar, goddess who visited and rose from
the underworld. Easter yields ‘Enduring Eos’...
‘Enduring Dawn’ [Easter Sunrise Service].’
(Deu 18:9 NIV) When you enter the land the LORD your God is giving
you, do not learn to
imitate the detestable ways of the nations there.
Even the Jewish
calendar has the fourth month named after “Tammuz,” in direct violation
of Torah in Exodus 23:13.
(Exo 23:13 NIV) "Be careful to do everything I have said to you.
Do not invoke the names of
other gods; do not let them be heard on your lips.
Our Roman calendar we
use today has the name of a pagan god each of the seven days and as well
as several months are named after gods as well. We speak the names of
other gods EVERY DAY!
So how do we get out of “inherited lies” and this pagan spider web?
(Zec 8:23 KJV) Thus saith the LORD of hosts; In those days it
shall come to pass, that ten men shall take hold out of all
languages of the nations, even shall take hold of the skirt
(tzit-tzit) of him that is a Jew, saying, We will go with you: for we
have heard that God is with you.
Go out and find
yourself a "Israelite" and grab hold of their
tzit-tzit fringes (hopefully with a blue strand of tekhelet) and don't
let go until they get you hooked up with the Messiah Yahushua!
(John 4:21-26 NIV) Jesus declared,
"Believe me, woman, a time is coming when you will worship the Father
neither on this mountain nor in Jerusalem. {22}
You Samaritans (pagans) worship what you do not
know; we worship what we do know, for salvation is from the Jews.
{23} Yet a time is coming and has now
come when the true worshipers will worship the Father in spirit and
truth, for they are the kind of worshipers the Father seeks.
{24} God is spirit, and his worshipers must
worship in spirit and in truth." {25} The woman said, "I
know that Messiah" (called Christ) "is coming. When he comes, he will
explain everything to us." {26} Then Jesus declared,
"I who speak to you am he."
Yahushua IS what
is written, SAID what is written and DID what is written!
Written where? TORAH!!!
(Exo 32:5-10 NIV) When Aaron saw this, he built an altar in front
of the calf and announced, "Tomorrow there will be a festival to the
LORD." {6} So the next day the people rose early and
sacrificed burnt offerings and presented fellowship offerings. Afterward
they sat down to eat and drink and got up to indulge in revelry. {7}
Then the LORD said to Moses, "Go down, because your people, whom you
brought up out of Egypt, have become corrupt. {8} They have
been quick to turn away from what I commanded…
YHWH does not authorize you to worship
him any way YOU want and then say you are doing it unto
Him. "GRACE" does NOT justify AROGANCE! The Hebrew slaves
leaving Egypt tried that with the golden calf, remember? He has given us HIS
CELEBRATIONS clearly defined in Torah where
He promises to
meet with us FOREVER. He is YHWH Elohim (LORD God), do not
give birth in your heart to REBELLION and deviate from His will, just enjoy HIS FEASTS as He
made them and leave your pagan traditions in the trash where they belong! You will never
regret it or look back, nor will you ever be the same...
