Lesson #2

Q6. If a Child of God, do YOU have Eternal Life? John 10:27, 28

John10:27-28 “But you do not believe, because you are not of my sheep.

My sheep hear my voice: and I know them, and they follow me. And

[THEN and Only Then]   False doctrune of PJM

I give them life everlasting; and they shall not perish for ever, and no man shall pluck them out of my hand.”
I

wonder friends, what our “Just-God” thinks of this Protestant position?  False doctrune of PJM

The two most common positions I hear about in regards to salvation are; “by Faith Alone” and “OSAS.”

Neither of which are  actually biblically founded as they reach these positions by selective application of culled verses? False doctrune of PJM

One  actually only hear what they choose to hear; and they only follow Christ to the degree, and it ways suitable to their life choices.

[As do also many self-professed “catholics as well.”]

…  If God actually permitted [as so many Protestants presume that he does];

everyone to attain salvation based on only what WE choose to accept and believe; heaven would be larger than hell.

But that is not what Jesus Himself Personally taught: False doctrune of PJM

Matthew 7:13-15 “Enter ye in at the narrow gate: for wide is the gate, and broad is the way that leadeth to destruction, and many there are who go in thereat. How narrow is the gate, and strait is the way that leadeth to life: and few there are that find it

Beware of false prophets, who come to you in the clothing of sheep, but inwardly they are ravening wolves.

Luke 13:24 “Strive to enter by the narrow gate; for many, I say to you, shall seek to enter, and shall not be able“ …

Matthew 7:14 “How narrow is the gate, and strait is the way that leadeth to life: and few there are that find it!”

It seems to me that the briefest manner to refute this warped theology is to begin the conversation with this very logical fact:

There is but One God; therefore their can be only one Set of Faith beliefs.

Yes patrick j miron-- the one set of beliefs is contained in the TORAH

Our Perfect God cannot hold more than only one belief per teaching.”  Never be afraid to challenge their teachings; but always with charity.

Q7. Is Baptism a PART of the Gospel? I Cor. 1.17

1st. Cor. 1:17 “[added verse 16] “And I baptized also the household of Stephanus; besides, I know not whether I baptized any other. For Christ sent me not to baptize, but to preach the gospel: not in wisdom of speech, lest the cross of Christ should be made void.”

So my friends; what am I going to remind you of here? False doctrune of PJM

That there in ONLY One Infallible Rule for RIGHT understanding of the bible.

NEVER-EVER, can. May or DOES one passage void, invalidate or override another teaching. Because that would make the entire Bible worthless to teach or learn Christ, who is a Perfect God’s one set of Faith beliefs.

Eph. 4:1-8 “I therefore, a prisoner in the Lord, beseech you that you walk worthy of the vocation in which you are called, With all humility and mildness, with patience, supporting one another in charity. Careful to keep the unity of the Spirit in the bond of peace. One body

[MEANS ONLY ONE CHURCH,-- has the baptism of the Holy Spirit -- oh and the church is the people.

not the roman catholic organization and it's Man-Made Rules--

and this was more than a thousand years before the Protestant Revolution when the only Church was today‘s catholic Church. False doctrune of PJM

Mt 16:18-19] and one Spirit; as you are called in one hope of your calling. One Lord, one faith [Only One set of Faith beliefs], one baptism. [Mt.28: 16-20]  One God and Father of all, who is above all, and through all, and in us all.

[MEANS WITH THOSE THAT HAVE TRUE FAITH AND FULL UNDRSTANDING] False doctrune of PJM

But to every one of us is given grace, according to the measure of the giving of Christ.”

Matthew 3:7 “And seeing many of the Pharisees and Sadducees coming to his baptism, he said to them: Ye brood of vipers, who hath shewed you to flee from the wrath to come?”
Matthew 28: 18-20 [A mandate to ONLY today CC verse 28:16] “And Jesus coming
, spoke to them, saying:

All power is given to me in heaven and in earth. Going therefore, [YOU] teach ye all nations; baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost.

Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you:and behold I am with you all days, even to the consummation of the world”

1 Peter 3:21 “Whereunto baptism being of the like form, now saveth you also: not the putting away of the filth of the flesh, but the examination of a good conscience towards God by the resurrection of Jesus Christ.”

Matthew 3:13 “Then cometh Jesus from Galilee to the Jordan, unto John, to be baptized by him.” [Jesus does this as evidence that FOR ALL, baptism is absolutely necessary.]

Mark 1:8 “I [John] have baptized you with water; but he shall baptize you with the Holy Ghost.”
John 3:5 “Jesus answered: Amen, amen [TRULY, TRULY] I say to thee, unless a man be born again of water and the Holy Ghost, he cannot enter into the kingdom of God.”

Q8 . Could a man without ARMS and Legs preach the Gospel Paul preached?

Editor note:=========================================================

Yes there is a "protestant preacher without arms and legs on tv "

Nick Vujicic was born without arms and legs and many times in his young life, he contemplated suicide. Thanks to his supportive parents and the grace of God, Nick realizes how beautiful he is and how he can do mighty things, even without limbs. He has gone on to inspire people around the world and bring them to Christ.
 ======================================================================

Is it just ME; or is this an unnecessary question?  Yes it is you patrick j miron False doctrune of PJM

OF COURSE one could; providing it be God’s Will. Amen! It’s physical, but Spiritual and mental powers that away.

Q9. What is the Gospel Paul Preached? I Cor. 15:1-3.

1st. Cor. 15: 1-3 “Now I make known unto you, brethren, the gospel which I preached to you, which also you have received, and wherein you stand; [precisely referencing Catholic-Christians only] By which also you are saved, if you hold fast after what manner I preached unto you, unless you have believed in vain.

For I delivered unto you first of all, which I also received: how that Christ died for our sins, according to the scriptures”

While not original in his choosing this verse and sharing this teachings; I nevertheless give the author credit for doing a great job of “Cherry-Picking” passages that support his message.

That dear friends is WHY we too must know what the bible teaches.

The last part is the Teaching- point that is being made, which translates to both, and  in combination is: “Salvation By Faith alone”  AND “OSAS.“

 [Once Saves, Always Saved]

This means that Once one believes that “Christ is God”; SUCH a person by that act alone is forever saved.

It further means man has ONLY to believe and profess such believe and thereby has been given a “biblical and godly”  guarantee which can never be lost [even if in Mortal sin].

  False doctrune of PJM

Because Christ [“who loves us unconditionally”   …which is not a bible teaching]

does all the “heavy work” by His Death, Passion and Resurrection.

WRONG! False doctrune of PJM By these acts Christ is the “Redeemer” of ALL humanity; and certainly through Christ and Christ alone, salvation flows and Salvation becomes NOW a conditional possibility.

BUT salvation as we discussed in Last Week’s lesson is and must be a Process; and even then its conditional on not dying with unconfessed and unforgiven Mortal sins. Redemption means ONLY that heaven has been reopened after having been closed by the Original Sins of Adam and Eve.

Thus making salvation, while now a possibility is always a Conditional POSSIBILITY. False doctrune of PJM

Q10 . Do you preach the Gospel Paul preached? Cor. 1:17 Rom. 1:16, 17; I Cor. 2:2.

1st. Cor. 1:17 “For Christ sent me not to baptize, but to preach the gospel: not in wisdom of speech, lest the cross of Christ should be made void.”
This means ONLY that Paul is tasked to PREACH and to Ordain others who will do the baptizing:

1st. Cor. 2:11-15 “For what man knoweth the things of a man, but the spirit of a man that is in him? So the things also that are of God no man knoweth, but the Spirit of God. Now we have received not the spirit of this world, but the Spirit that is of God; that we may know the things that are given us from God. Which things also we speak, not in the learned words of human wisdom; but in the doctrine of the Spirit, comparing spiritual things with spiritual.

But the sensual man perceiveth not these things that are of the Spirit of God; for it is foolishness to him, and he cannot understand, because it is spiritually examined. But the spiritual man judgeth all things; and he himself is judged of no man”

Rom. 6:4-5 “For we are buried together with him by baptism into death; that as Christ is risen from the dead by the glory of the Father, so we also may walk in newness of life. For if we have been planted together in the likeness of his death, we shall be also in the likeness of his resurrection.”
So we now have  proven that this person is forming his personal theology and beliefs based on selective passages that agree with his point;

BUT not what this Author, God and bible actually teach, a not uncommon practice; but always a GREAT risk.

1st. Cor. 2:2 “For I judged not myself to know anything among you, but Jesus Christ, and him crucified”

 Patrick j miron delusional commentary

Meaning I [Paul] stay focused on the singular TASK given to me by Christ:

 1. To preach 2. And to Ordain Priest and Bishops for all of the other task, including baptisms and preaching what ALL I have taught them.
The presumption here is:

That it still applies fully to those who take only the parts that they denied  agreement with.

This is an absolutely illogical and unsupportable position. SEE

Delusional understanding of scripture

2nd. Tim. 3:16-17 and these:

Deut.4: 2 “You shall not add to the word which I command you, nor take from it; that you may keep the commandments of the LORD your God which I command you.} …

But the roman catholic church has done this time and time again --

have they added to the "torah" yes indeed

there used to be 613 rules the Isrial nation followed-- Now in the catholic church it is 1278

and brand new holy days and sabbath days

Prov.30: 6 “Do not add to his words, lest he rebuke you, and you be found a liar.” …
1 Samuel 15:22-23 “Has the Lord as great delight in burnt offerings and sacrifices,
As in obeying the voice of the Lord? Behold, to obey is better than sacrifice, And to heed than the fat of rams. For rebellion is as the sin of witchcraft, And stubbornness is as iniquity and idolatry. Because you have rejected the word of the Lord, He also has rejected you from being king.”

Mark 7:13 “Making void the word of God by your own tradition, which you have given forth. And many other such like things you do.”
John 1: 1-5 “In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. The same was in the beginning with God. All things were made by him: and without him was made nothing that was made. In him was life, and the life was the light of men. And the light shineth in darkness, and the darkness did not comprehend it”

Luke 4:4 “And Jesus answered him: It is written, that Man liveth not by bread alone, but by every word of God.”
Luke 11:28 “But he said: Yea rather, blessed are they who hear the word of God, [

LL OF IT; not just parts pleasing to me]  and keep it”

Rom. 1:16-17 “For I am not ashamed of the gospel. For it is the power of God unto salvation to every one that[1. Understands fully and correctly 2. believeth, 3. And then practices what they fully know, … to the Jew first, and to the Greek. For the justice of God is revealed therein, from faith unto faith, as it is written: The just man liveth by faith

But “faith” comes ONLY through God grace: False doctrune of PJM

Eph.2: 8For by grace you have been saved through faith; and this is not your own doing, it is the gift of God”

Mt. 7: 21-23 "Not every one who says to me, 'Lord, Lord,' shall enter the kingdom of heaven, but he who does the will of my Father who is in heaven . On that day many will say to me, 'Lord, Lord, did we not prophesy in your name, and cast out demons in your name, and do many mighty works in your name?'

And then will I declare to them, 'I never knew you; depart from me, you evildoers.

Once again is the PRESUMPTION False doctrune of PJM [which too is sinful] that “Faith Alone” IS sufficient for ones salvation.

Because of this folly; hell indeed MUST be larger than heaven. False doctrune of PJM

RE: “The Narrow gate teachings.” These culled passages point out the GREAT risk of culling short passages and then applying to them a very HUMAN [unguided by the Holy Spirit] Teaching that when placed back into what the entire Book; the ENTIRE Bibles Teaches is clearly and assuredly wrong.
